Investigating issues with Production APIs

We’re currently investigating a service interruption with our Production API specifically in creation of new Virtual Accounts causing an increased rate of activation failure statuses. As we investigate please note that any Virtual Account creations that fail activation can be retried. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide more updates as they become available.
