Increased API error rates - Oregon

Between 2:39 AM and 4:03 AM PST, we experienced increased API error rates for multiple Bedrock models in the US-WEST-2 Region. Our monitoring system identified the issue and notified us shortly after impact started. We were able to quickly identify the root cause and put a mitigation strategy in place. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
