Intermittent Access Issues with Email Security Portal

We are currently investigating reports of intermittent access issues affecting a small subset of users attempting to load the Email Security Portal. The issue stems from a third-party element that is occasionally failing to load as expected, which may prevent the portal from displaying correctly. Please note that this is a display/access issue only. Mail flow, policy enforcement, spam filtering, and other core security services remain fully operational and are not impacted.
