Recipients of emails with attachments, including SecureFile documents sent via the SchoolMessenger Communicate Canada platform, may not be able to access the attached files at this time. Additionally, there may be issues with accessing files via message links, such as links to voicemail messages sent via email. Technical teams continue to actively investigate the issue. Updates will be posted here when more information is available.
