Loss of IPv4 connectivity
<p>Connectivity to api.pushover.net and pushover.net is currently down over IPv4, though IPv6 is still connecting. This appears to be an issue with our load balancer and DDoS mitigation service Cloudflare and we are working to resolve it.</p>
