Production Environment Service Disruption

The Salesforce Technology team has identified a service disruption affecting a subset of Account Engagement application within our production environment. This issue began at 04/28/2023 at 15:21 UTC. During this disruption period, a subset of end users are unable to access certain aspects of the affected service. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided as soon as we have more information.
