Webphone Connectivity

We are currently investigating an issue affecting a small subset of customers who are experiencing problems launching their Webphones. This issue impacts users running AVS version 1.295 or earlier. To resolve the issue, we recommend upgrading to the latest Natterbox AVS Package Version. Instructions for upgrading can be found here: https://docs.natterbox.com/docs/how-to-upgrade. Our technical team is actively working towards implementing a permanent fix tonight. We will update our status page with further details as our investigation progresses.
