Engineers have identified an issue with an upstream provider starting around 16:00 PM UTC on May 6, 2025 UTC. This issue impacts provisioning of one-off dynos in Cedar Private Spaces. Customers may see failed one-off dyno provisioning, H99 errors, or 128 status codes related to this issue. While the issue is improving, our engineers are working with the service provider to expedite a full resolution.
