We’re currently aware of an issue affecting "scheduled" jobs in Datto RMM on Merlot, where jobs are either timing out or failing to execute. The Kaseya R&D team is actively investigating the root cause. In the meantime, our Support team recommends running "quick" jobs manually as a temporary workaround.
