INC201163 – Some Corporate Remote Deposit Capture (cRDC) Clients receiving error on deposits

Some business members using Corporate Remote Deposit Capture (cRDC) are receiving a “call to deposit notification service failed” error message. This is occurring if the Corporate Clients’ deposit account at your organization is less than 12 digits. Currently there is no workaround.
