Delay in sending "User Created" events to Facebook, TikTok and Branch integrations

We are currently experiencing delays in sending "User Created" events to third-party integrations. Events are not being sent to Facebook and TikTok, and some regular app events are not being sent to Branch. These events are stuck in a "Pending" state. Our engineers are actively working to resolve the issue. Once fixed, all pending events will be sent. Thank you for your patience.
