No-Downtime Scheduled Maintenance - Offline Alerting

<p>Syncro will be performing no-downtime maintenance on our presence servers on Friday, May 17th from 5pm to 7pm PDT. Assets may appear offline for short periods while the presence servers are restarting. We will be pausing the offline alerts feature during this maintenance window to prevent any false offline alerts that may be triggered by the updates made during maintenance.</p>
