Event Webhook Delays

Starting at 9:52 AM Pacific Time on Wednesday, May 8th 2024, our engineers began investigating an issue with possible delays with Event Webhook posts. Users may experience a delay event data posts from SendGrid to their Event Notification Webhook endpoints. This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
