We have identified an issue with realtime notifications

We have identified an issue with the third-party service we use to deliver real-time notifications. We are seeing sporadic instances of real-time notifications not being delivered to users. The impact of this is that messages might not appear in the inbox in real-time, and other real-time effects within the Rasayel Inbox, such as typing indicators, may not fire. We are continuing to monitor.
