Online Rooms (Adobe Connect) Problems

Some users are encountering a white screen with the message “Check our troubleshooting page for further assistance” which is preventing them from accessing online rooms. It appears that this issue is linked to an update to an Ad Blocker extension in Chrome. Adobe are aware of the issue and are working on a permanent solution. If you encounter this issue please try joining the online room by either: • Using an alternative browser • Using an incognito/private browser • Temporarily disabling the AdBlock feature under extensions For further help and support please contact the Computing Helpdesk.
