SMS Verification Service Downtime

We have discovered an issue with our SMS service for verification when logging into the app at 16:00 CET. This issue prevented customers from being able to log in via SMS authentication. However, you can still log in using SSO, Apple ID, Outlook, or email. We have also identified that our cloud communication service provider - Twilio, has reported incidents on their status page. While we are investigating the matter ourselves, we are also closely monitoring the status pages from Twilio. You may visit https://status.twilio.com/ to keep yourself updated. We are working to resolve the issue quickly. Please use the workaround provided to log in and sorry for the inconvenience.
