Stability issue on 2182 Firmware release

We are aware of an issue in the 2182 firmware release that resulted in the neoAir thermostat disconnecting from the neoHub for some customers. We now believe we have corrected the issue and we have rolled out 2186. Your neoHub should automatically receive this update over the next few days. If you believe you have had this issue, please send an email to [email protected] and we can force the update to your neoHub if it hasn't updated already.
