Manage TDN Outage: 7-18-19

We had an issue with our diagnostic probes and DNS provider this morning and routed traffic through functional nodes in that network. As you observed, the traffic swamped those nodes and resulted in slow responses or empty bootstraps being returned to our customers’ pages. We have remedied the issue and are waiting for DNS caches to clear globally. We are seeing response times drop and traffic to propagate to all nodes. Our anticipation is that we will be back to normal within the hour as those caches resolve themselves.
