Delay in eBooks and Flipster orders

Due to the previously reported issue which impacted eBook orders, there is now a backlog of orders to be processed which our systems are currently working through as quickly as possible. As a result, orders placed starting Friday may be delayed in fulfilling through to EBSCOhost. This affects orders through GOBI, ECM, OASIS, and orders placed through Sales reps. Please note: orders can be placed but access will not be available to the end user on EBSCOhost until the backlog of orders has been cleared.
