Starting at 10:15 AM PST until 11:50am PST we observed issues accepting credit card payments for orders submitted with the request delivery form. During this time some orders may not have been created. Issue has been identified and we are seeing recovery now where we can accept credit card payments for these orders submitted via the request delivery form.
